Jack Cotton
Jack knows residential construction inside and
out. With over 15 years of hands-on construction
management experience, he knows how to select
and manage our sub-contractors, write specs and
bid jobs for the best results, and to quickly
and accurately estimate costs. He is
quality-focused, easy to get along with and an
asset to our team!
Jack, his wife Erin and three children Kathryn,
Sean, and Scott live in Doylestown where he is
an active community volunteer with church,
football and baseball. |

Patty
Hulsey
Patty keeps the office running smoothly and is
always willing to pitch in and help you out.
While raising her family, a full-time job in
itself, Patty still finds time to answer your
phone calls, track down bids and quotes, and
handle all the other odd-jobs that come up. |

Mark Vieira
Mark is the key to our success as the first line
of communication with you – our clients – and
sub-contractors. Mark manages construction
activities, keeps our clients informed and
addresses your questions and concerns. Mark
ensures that our high standards of quality are
met on every job. He is patient, knowledgeable,
has a strong work ethic and possesses an
unflinching sense of fairness.
Mark is a graduate of the University of
Rochester, and lives in Havertown with his wife
Jen and sons Ryan and Dylan. |

Wheaton Robertson

Interior Designer who brings more than 25 years
of “real world” design experience to you. Her
resume includes Best Historical Renovation, Best
Kitchen Remodel, and Best New Home Awards.
Martha brings your ideas and dreams to life on
paper and ensures that design, functionality,
material selection, and construction costs are
all integrated very early in the planning
